- Exchanges available up to 24 hours prior to original performance for another performance of the same event at a charge of 10% per ticket.
- Resales will only be offered for sold-out performances. Contact the box office for details.
- Concessions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
- Discounts and special offers apply to full price tickets and only one is allocated per ticket.
- Programme and casting subject to change without notice.
- Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.

Concessions are available to Festival City Theatre Friends, Students, Senior Citizens, Unwaged, Registered Disabled, Stage Pass, Equity, MU, BECTU and Arts Workers, when supported by appropriate proof of entitlement. Student concessions are only available to those enrolled in full-time education.
